order status page. There you will find your order number, order date, shipping destination, products ordered, billing total and shipment type.
Availability
We make every effort to ensure that we have a full selection and
plenty of stock of the products and services our customers need.
Occasionally, however, a product / service you have selected may be
discontinued and no longer available from a manufacturer or service
provider. Should this occur, our Customer Service department will notify you
immediately with the other available options.
On our website, we only display the phones and plans that we are able to directly provide to our customers.
The services we can offer in a particular area are dependent upon your billing Zip Code and the carriers with whom we have relationships in that area.
For your convenience, all of
our product detail pages list product availability and approximate delivery
times. Please note that while most products ship directly from the Distribution Center; some products will ship directly from our
referral partners. Please see our customer service policy for
more information.

Sales Tax We are required by law to ensure that sales tax is collected, if necessary. Sales tax for your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen for your review. When products are fulfilled directly by our valued referral partner, final sales tax will be determined and added to your order before shipment.
Pricing Our prices are subject to change at any time. Unless specified otherwise, current charges for the order will only include those for the equipment, shipping and sales taxes. Charges for any service plan(s), including one time activation fees, monthly service plan charge and related taxes will be billed separately by the service provider. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate service plan description or pricing.
Despite our best efforts to keep pricing information accurate, there may be rare occasions when our pricing is outdated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but will always contact you to confirm any change before you are charged or before products are shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.
Billing
Products purchased from us may be fulfilled / billed by us or one of our valued referral partners.
Unless otherwise noted, service providers will bill you directly for the service plan(s) we have initiated on your behalf (their charges would include recurring service plan charges, one time activation fees and related taxes / fees). During your contract period, your service provider will send you monthly statements reflecting your combined connection and airtime usage.
For your reference, your order confirmation and receipt will state both "current charges" and "service charges" by billing party.

Rebates
If you qualify for a rebate, please follow our rebate instructions on our site and submit the rebate form along with your original receipt within the allowable time frame. Please note that all rebate checks will be mailed to the credit card billing address entered when your order is initially placed.

Payment Options We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. At this time, we are unable to accept checks or money orders.
While we do accept debit cards as payment, please be aware that an authorization will be placed against the funds in your account for the full amount of your order. If you chose to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will not bill your debit card. However, each bank determines when this authorization will be released from your card, ranging from within 24 hours to 7 days later.

Back Orders
If we are aware that an item is out-of-stock at the time of your order, you will receive a backorder notification at "Checkout".
You then have the option to proceed with your purchase or remove the back-ordered product from your shopping cart and select an alternate product.
If you decide to place an order for a back-ordered product, we will not bill your credit card until that product is shipped to you.
If we discover that an item is out-of-stock after you have placed your order, we will keep you updated (via telephone or email) on the out-of-stock status and the date we expect to have product available. As we do not control manufacturers' delivery schedules, we regret that we cannot provide an absolute date of availability. If you would like to change your order, please contact
Customer
Service. (If you decide to change your phone or pager selection,
please make sure that your new choice is still compatible with the
service plan you've already selected).
Phone Upgrades (New phone without any plan)
If you want to purchase a new phone to use with your existing wireless
service, we can help. Use the link in the navigation labeled "Upgrade your Phone" on our Wireless Special page and select your provider from the list.
If your provider offers contract extensions in addition to phone alone purchases you will be prompted to make your choice, otherwise you will encounter no additional prompts and the available phone models will load on the screen.

Service Upgrades (New phone with Contract Extension)
If you want to purchase a new phone to use with your existing wireless provider
by extending your contract, we may be able to help. Use the link in the navigation labeled "Upgrade your Phone" on our Wireless Special page and select your provider from the list. If your provider offers Service Upgrades, you'll be prompted to make that choice.
If the only option we offer to you after you select your carrier is to purchase the phone alone, you will need to contact your carrier directly to see what their offers are.
Credit check
By signing-up for wireless service, you are asking a service provider to extend a line of credit to you. Besides your name and billing address, service providers require information such as birth date, social security number, employer name, and driver's license to evaluate your credit. We encrypt this information prior to sending it to your selected carrier and does NOT share this information with other parties. This data is deleted from our database as soon as your credit check is complete.
